Jessica Moenning

Jessica Moenning has more than a decade’s experience providing strategic and organizational services to associations, corporations, candidates for public office, political parties and political action committees, ballot initiatives, and non-profit organizations in Nebraska.  
Specializing in developing and managing political, grassroots, grasstops, earned media and public relations campaigns; Jessica works with clients to develop comprehensive organizational plans to achieve targeted goals.  Components include grassroots and grasstops contact, message development, strategic coalition opportunities, voter contact, and media relations.
 
Jessica’s experience in Nebraska politics includes serving as Executive Director of the Nebraska Republican Party where she worked to recruit and train legislative candidates for the Unicameral, developed successful fundraising programs, and conducted party-building and voter registration/identification activities in all 93 Nebraska counties.  
 
In 2008, Jessica served as Iowa Field Director for Mike Huckabee for President when he won the Republican Caucus.  Jessica also served as Campaign Manager for Congressman Jeff Fortenberry in 2004, where she focused on coalition building, the development of strategic policy plans, and the implementation of an aggressive earned media program. Jessica also advised Congressman Fortenberry on his 2008 and 2010 re-election campaigns.
 
In addition, Jessica has extensive working relationships with Nebraska political officials, organizations and coalitions.
