Andrea specializes in public affairs and public relations.

As a member of the LS2group team, Andrea concentrates on event planning, coalition building, community engagement, brand perception and recognition, and media relations. She works with clients in the public and private sectors, including wind and solar energy, private equity, state government agencies, and more.

Before joining LS2group, Andrea interned at the Iowa Governor’s Office where she gained constituent services experience during civil unrest and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Andrea graduated from St. Cloud State University with bachelor’s degrees in political science and international relations and a minor in Spanish. While attending SCSU, she served as the lead director of the survey research center and conducted studies on election races, current events, and other important state and national issues. Additionally, Andrea was a scoring member of the women’s swim and dive team. Go Huskies!

Andrea is an Iowa native and first-generation American with a Venezuelan heritage. She currently lives in Des Moines. Outside of work, you can find her spending time in the community, watching the latest movies, and being active.
