Rachel Eason brings extensive experience in public affairs, legislative work, operations, and association management to LS2group’s Minnesota office.

Throughout her career, Rachel has shepherded companies and clients across a range of major industries in national issue advocacy, coalition building, and community engagement. Her expertise spans many sectors of the economy including telecom, natural gas, defense and aerospace, military supply chain, and renewable energy development.

Rachel brings a sharp political acumen to her work, honed by years of working in government and on congressional and state-level campaigns. She is a veteran of the U.S. Senate and most recently held leadership staff roles with the Republican Caucus in the Minnesota House of Representatives.

A native of Nashville, Tenn., Rachel earned a bachelor’s in political science from The University of the South (Sewanee). She resides in Saint Paul, Minn., where she embraces the spirit of the "Bold North” and supports animal welfare, historic preservation, and live music in cool venues.
