Ryan specializes in public affairs.

Before joining the LS2group team, Ryan worked on campaigns at every level of government and helped coordinate the recount effort for Iowa’s 1st Congressional district during the 2024 general election. He has held the distinction of being Iowa’s youngest elected official, having filled a vacancy on his township board in January 2022. He went on to serve as township chairman in 2023.

Ryan has also worked at the Iowa Capitol, where he managed the offices of multiple representatives simultaneously. He currently serves as chairperson for the Southeast Iowa Young Republicans and previously held the role of national committeeman for the state chapter. In these roles, he has helped coordinate deployments, secure grants and funding, and mentor young professionals seeking to be more involved in the political process. Ryan’s efforts have contributed to over 10 successful local and state-level campaigns.

Outside of politics, Ryan stays involved locally through the community band.
