Colton Gibson

Colton Gibson has an impressive career in both government and business, specializing in government and public affairs. His start in government began with retired State Senator Steve Fitzgerald (Leavenworth, KS) before serving in various senior positions for former Kansas Governor and Lt. Governor Jeff Colyer, M.D. In these roles, he focused on legislative affairs, operations, event planning, and staff coordination.

Gibson also worked in agency leadership under Secretary of Commerce David Toland, where he successfully oversaw the now Lt. Governor’s Senate confirmation battle. He later relocated to California’s Bay Area, where he worked with Merit International in go-to-market operations, deal implementation, industry and business development, and government affairs.

Gibson’s dedication to Kansas brought him back home to run former Governor Colyer’s campaign for governor, which ended after only four months due to the candidate’s cancer diagnosis. Colton Gibson later collaborated with state and industry leaders to build an alliance of contractors called the University Contractors Association of Kansas. Gibson uses his experience and knowledge in government and business to help clients achieve their goals. He resides in Topeka, KS.
