Patrick McCarthy

Patrick specializes in public affairs and coalition development.

Patrick has a passion for building relationships and advocating on behalf of clients. As a member of the LS2group team, he has worked to improve community perception and educate stakeholders in carbon sequestration, tax policy, prescription drugs, patent law, and more. Patrick has successfully worked with clients on numerous of public policy issues, including energy, financial services, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining LS2group, Patrick interned with the Milwaukee Legislative Reference Bureau. In this position, he researched city policies and drafted research memos at the request of city aldermen on a variety of topics.

Patrick attended Marquette University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics. While at Marquette, Patrick volunteered for the Big Brothers Big Sisters club, a mentorship program for youth. He grew up in Woodbury, Minnesota, and enjoys spending time with friends, relaxing at the lake, and watching Minnesota sports teams.
